Kids Alive

Who is it for? Primary school aged children

When does it take place? During our Sunday morning service.

Kids Alive is our fun and friendly kids group that takes place on Sunday mornings during the service. It is for primary school aged children to meet together, enjoy a variety of exciting activities and learn about God.

We share news about our week, which we love as it allows us to learn more about each other. We play an assortment of games and do fun activities including using play dough, doing treasure hunts, acting, singing songs and much more. Throughout the year we have parties and even do performances in front of the rest of the church.

Kids Alive is very personalised to the children who attend as we accommodate for the diverse range of ages and abilities of children that come. We actively support children with special needs by communicating with parents to know how best to assist their child.

We have a really strong team of leaders who put a lot of work in ensuring that all the children are cared for and are happy. As leaders we really want the best for the children and truly want to share our love for Jesus with them so that they will know and love God like we do.

When does it take place? 6pm—7:15pm Friday Term Time

Treasure Kids is our vibrant Friday night club for Primary School age children run by an amazing team, some of which are former Treasure Kids themselves!

Every term features a fresh and exciting programme, with the occasional Crazy Hair or Odd Socks Day thrown in!  Singing, games, news and an interactive Bible story feature each week.

During the evening, children get a chance to earn coins for participation, great behaviour and enthusiasm that they can spend at the prize table before heading home.

Treasure Kids is all about building strong relationships with the children and their families, helping youngsters to know they are God’s special treasure.  The Team is experienced in understanding the unique needs of children with SEND and work hard to make everyone feel included and seen.

Our aim is to ensure each child leaves feeling loved, confident and empowered ready to step boldly into the world with a sense of purpose.
